Text Box: The SPII board of directors is comprised of nine Texas Tech University School of Law students.  SPII also has a faculty sponsor, who acts as an advisor to SPII. Members of SPII’s board of directors are students who have demonstrated a commitment to making public interest law a reality for Texas Tech University School of Law students.  They recognize that inequality exists throughout Texas, and acknowledge that facilitating the entry of lawyers into public interest careers would challenge this inequality.
