"The Challenges of Modern Energy Policy"
Dr. Jay Hakes is currently the Director of the Jimmy Carter Library and Museum in Atlanta, GA. He was previously the Presidentially Appointed Adminstrator of the Energy Information Administration within the Department of Energy and is a major speaker on energy issues.
