• For discussions, polls, etc. use Yahoo forums or website at WestLaw. Hosting/managing a discussion forum was VERY problematic in the past. Let's use available resources.
• Add page about fundraising / donations. Let's be creative. Everybody is selling t-shirts, caps, etc. What about selling student-created artwork or sell donated items? For example, my main hobby is photography. I could donate and sell through the site (will all proceedings going to IPSA) a few limited series, numbered, signed and framed pictures. Perhaps other Borad members or IPSA members have other similar artistic hobbies (ceramics, glasswork, metalwork, etc) and would be willing to donate some pieces to raise funds for IPSA. 
• Add biographic sketches for each Board member. Do we want photos of the Board members? The official student pics or pics supplied by the students?
• Include links to IP blogs.
• In the last meeting, we decided to modify the Constitution & By-laws. Possible solution would be: (a) Open period to submit amendments, submit amendments, and meet to approve/reject them, (b) Use Google-documents, leave the document open for edition during a certain period time, and when that period end we vote to decide if the amended documents are acceptable.
