The Federalist Society is excited to announce its first confirmed speaker of the year. Clark Neily of the Institute for Justice will be speaking at noon on September 11th in the auditorium. Mr. Neily was counsel for Heller in the D.C. v. Heller gun ban case before the Supreme Court. He will be discussing the Heller case and the 14th Amendment.
